Stephen Lambers
Stephen enjoyed a successful competitive rowing career spanning nearly two decades, beginning with Detroit Boat Club as a novice in 2001 and continuing at DBC through college at Wayne State University. Competing primarily as a Sculler, Stephen spent several years training and competing on Philadelphia’s boathouse row, as a member of Vesper Boat Club and Penn Athletic Club Rowing Association. Stephen’s competitive highlights include racing in the 2009 Under-23 World Championships in the single, where he placed 15th, as well as winning the Intermediate single and dash single national championships.
Stephen has spent time coaching at DBC, St Joseph’s Prep (Philadelphia), Manhasset High School, and Penn Athletic club. He has coached athletes of all ages and abilities and is fluent in modern technical training methods. Many of his former athletes have gone on to win regional and national medals, earn division 1 scholarships, and enjoy a healthy balance between sport and life.

Lindsey Healy
Lindsey started rowing at the University of Michigan in 2008, competing as a member of the novice team for a year before moving up to varsity. In her senior year, she helped win a Big Ten Championship and finish runner-up at the NCAA championships. She was recognized as All-Big Ten and as All-American. She furthered her post-collegiate rowing at Vesper Boat Club and the New York Athletic Club.
